Join me at a pavilion at Jim Dietrich park to celebrate the new year! A little cold never hurt anyone, right?
Event will run 11-11:30am. Group photo at 11:15- don't be late!
We will be doing an optional bison exchange! If you choose to participate, please hide a container within 10 miles of Jim Dietrich park. Include a gift in the container- can include other containers, swag, TBs, gift certificates, etc. Get creative! Gift values need to be at least $10. You can add as much value to your gift as you choose, but just remember that you may not get the same in return. You get what you get and don't get upset! Then you'll bring along a bison tube with the coordinates of your hidden container inside. You should probably add your caching name to the slip in case your recipient has any issues. Upon arrival at the event, all bisons will be added to the same container and mixed up. Everyone who brought a bison will get to choose another bison from the bin. Then you'll head to the coordinates on the slip of paper in the one you chose and retrieve your gift. Please add a photo of your winnings in your attended log! Can't wait to see all the cool things!
You can choose to make your hide a traditional, or you can be creative and make it a multi or a puzzle. If you make a puzzle, please keep it fairly easy. Also, please keep the terrain to a 1-2. You never know who will be receiving yours and not everyone has the same physical or mental capabilities. It would be unfair for someone who participated to be unable to retrieve theirs due to difficulty or terrain.
