Conosciuta anche come Villa o Palazzo di Lorenzana, Villa Giuli si trova nella parte settentrionale del paese. Il complesso è a tre piani, con forma allungata e imponenti contrafforti in mattoni. La villa viene citata già nel 1521, ma il suo sviluppo risale al XVIII secolo, grazie a Ferdinando Giuli, e alla seconda metà del XIX secolo, con Domenico Giuli: 120 vani escluse le cantine, una superficie di circa 1.800 mq ed un parco circostante di circa 30.000 mq. Acquistata in buono stato dal Comune di Lorenzana nel 1980, è stata utilizzata per lo più come sito per le varie feste paesane e di partito fino a quando, causa l'incuria e l'abbandono, è stata dichiarata pericolante ed impraticabile. Venduta ad un privato nel 2009, il progetto prevedeva la creazione di un albergo-resort che non ha mai visto la luce: i lavori di restauro si sono limitati all'installazione dei ponteggi, di teli estetici e a una pulizia del parco e del bosco. Oggi la villa è strutturalmente compromessa: il tetto è crollato in più punti, insieme a parti del solaio. L'esterno è ormai invaso dalla vegetazione. L'immobile è all'asta. La villa (primo impianto quattrocentesco, sviluppo tra sei e settecento) è stata di proprietà del conte Giuli, poi fu acquistata dal Comune di Lorenzana negli anni 80 (mai utilizzata, se non per feste paesane nel cortile fino al 1992 e poi deposito materiali) e infine fu venduta a un privato nel 2009, già in stato di degrado.

Also known as Villa or Palazzo di Lorenzana, Villa Giuli is located in the northern part of the country. The complex has three floors, with elongated shape and imposing brick buttresses. The villa was mentioned as early as 1521, but its development dates back to the 18th century, thanks to Ferdinando Giuli, and to the second half of the nineteenth century, with Domenico Giuli: 120 rooms excluding the cellars, an area of about 1,800 square meters and a surrounding park of about 30,000 square meters. Purchased in good condition by the Municipality of Lorenzana in 1980, it was mostly used as a site for the various village and party parties until, due to neglect and abandonment, it was declared unsafe and impractical. Sold to a private individual in 2009, the project involved the creation of a hotel-resort that has never seen the light: the restoration work was limited to the installation of scaffolding, aesthetic curtains and a cleaning of the park and the forest. Today the villa is structurally compromised: the roof collapsed in several places, together with parts of the floor. The exterior is now invaded by vegetation. The property is auctioned. The villa (first fifteenth-century layout, development between six and seven hundred) was owned by Count Giuli, then it was purchased by the Municipality of Lorenzana in the 80s (never used, if not for village parties in the courtyard until 1992 and then storage materials) and was finally sold to a private individual in 2009, already in a state of decay.
