Geocache Description:

The local roads in rural Texas were often times named after the family that owned the most property along the "new" road. Such is the case for many county roads in Austin County. The Rinn family was one of the earlier settlers to the region and the name still lives on today. At the time of hiding the local County Commisioner for this area is a Rinn as is the County Tax Assessor.

Be sure to park in a safe spot and don't fall in!
