Wenonah today largely exists because it was on the route of the Pennsylvania Railroad's West Jersey Seashore Line between Camden, NJ and Cape May, NJ. This line was begun as the West Jersey Railroad in 1856 and stretched to Glassboro by the end of the Civil War. It was later expanded all the way to Cape May.
Cache is hidden just off one of the hiking trails in Wenonah Woods. Trails open dawn to dusk, please don't venture onto private property.
