2022 Update: New for 2022! I have updated the cache with all new murals
There are tons of great murals all around Capitol Hill. So many that I decided to create a short walking tour of a few. I recommend doing this on foot as it's under a mile and then keep walking around; there are more than I used in this puzzle and they're changing all the time.
The starting coordinates are WP1. There's a 7-digit number on the electrical pole nearby. Call that xxxxABx.
Now walk to WP2. Find the 2-digit number near the Lumineers eye and add those 2 digits together. Call that C. (So if the number was 25, C would be 7).
Now walk over to WP3 and count the number of circular links are on the anchor's chain = D
At WP4, the woman is holding a long chain of lights. If you look closely some of them are flat and some are 3-D. Count the number of flat lights and call that E (hint: it's a 2-digit number).
Finally at WP5, there are 2 electrical meters on the same wall. They both have a 7-digit number that starts with 213xxxx. F is the last digit on the left meter minus 1.
One more bit of math, G is D+E (it's a 2-digit number)
From the starting coordinates, the final is at
N + (A)(B)(C)
W - (F)(G).
[the parentheses indicate individual numbers, not multiplication]
Congrats to rumbleGnomeS for the FTF!
