He’s been pretty busy lately with a second job and he just bought a house, so he hasn't had as much time for caching as he usually does, but he does make it a point to get at least one cache a day to keep his daily streak going. It's now over 3100 days. He’s also working on various other challenges, like my Fizzy grid. Currently it’s at 17x Fizzy and he tries to find caches that help him get further along. Now he’s working on the Golden Valley challenge. He has about a dozen or so caches to find in GV, so that will keep him busy for at least a couple of weeks. He is also working on the Project-GC All Around Cacher badge. He is looped 13x and working on getting his loops higher.
According to Project-GC, his Log Similarity is at 78%, which means he copies and pastes a lot of his logs. C'est la vie.

I met 'Chief' at the 2010 MnGCA Fall Event. I think he had 12 finds at the time. I had almost 1,000. Sometime the next year we started caching together on a regular basis. He caught up to me and we found #4,000 and #5,000 together. After that he left me in the dust and hit 20,000 when I was just over 15,000. I have a lot of great memories of our caching adventures; trips to Wisconsin, Iowa, South Dakota and Ohio, rapelling off cliffs, hanging on wires above a river, late night puzzle runs, going after high d/t and high favorite point caches.
He has over 300 hides and makes every effort to attend every event within 40 miles of his home. Please help me congratulate him on finding his 20,000th geocache!
