Pardoe Beach, Moorland Beach and Northdown Beach together extend eastwards from near the mouth of the Mersey River in Devonport to the mouth if the Rubicon River at Hawley. A walking track winds its way through the dunes along Pardoe Beach whilst you can walk on Moorland and Northdown Beaches, at all times except within an hour of high tide. There is a partial track in the dunes along the eastern end of Moorland Beach. The area has unique coastal vegetation which has adapted to thrive in the windy and salty environment. The vegetation is home to many small animals which are most noticeable as dusk. At low tide, there are many marine animals on the beach. It is a lovely area to walk and observe.
The Pardoe Ramble caches have been placed along The John Palmer Walking Track just behind Pardoe Beach. From the suggested parking spot, it is about 3km one way to the end of the track near Cormorant Point to the east. The track is maintained regularly. Provided the tide is right, you can walk the track one way and along the beach on your return.

Some of the hides are relatively straightforward but others will take some hunting because they are hidden in the dense vegetation. Unless stated otherwise, there should be no reason to leave the track.
This cache is a cammoed 1L sistema.
Enjoy the area.
