Geocache Description:

Rolley Lake Provincial Park is about an hours drive from Vancouver providing a quick escape from urban life. The park is a wilderness area blanketed with tall, second-growth conifers and many hiking trails. The small, warm-water lake is perfect for swimming, fishing, and canoeing.

There are sixty-four campsites nestled in the trees just minutes from the lakeshore but they are closed in the winter time but visitors can still park on the paved Road (Bell Street)and walk in.

Rolley Falls and Lake Trail is a 4.7 kilometer loop trail and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, nature trips, and birding and is accessible year-round. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

Enjoy the walk to this cache and yes it is UP there!! You will find a larger bison tube tucked into the back of a burnt out stump! GPSr might bounce you around quite a bit so look for the cathedral. Have fun!
