You are at Carrefour Jean Monnet, the intersection of the Rue Stévin, Rue Archimède and Rue Franklin, in the shade of the Berlaymont building.
The 60th anniversary of the Treaty of Rome was a perfect occasion to bring some color to the EU quarter. European Citizens, eye-catching and amusing sculptures by German artist Susanne Boerner, stand now proudly in front of the European Commission.
I pass by these colourful and humorous figures every single working day, and over time I have been wondering if the artist has chosen names and origins for her sculptures. If not, it is never too late to check where you imagine they come from, what they are looking at, and who else is coming from this same country.
Use the pictures in the gallery to match the citizens with their views (what they are looking at) and with the politicians from their home country (this part requires some preparation).

Now finally use the formula to obtain the coordinates of the cache
North 50° E + 2B + 3K + 4F + 5J + 6L + 7H + 8A + 9G + 10I + 11D + 12C
East 004° G + 2F + 3C + 4E + 5I + 6B + 7J + 8A

You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.
