Hello Everyone,
I guess it's never too late to celebrate Geocaching's 20 year anniversity. Right!?!?!
- Place: Buffalo Wild Wings in Roseville, MN
- We'll gather in a back room at BWW which isn't heated very well, so dress somewhat warm
- Time: Sunday, December 11th, 2022
- 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm (if it runs late, don't think they'll kick us out anyways)
To celebrate, let's do a trackable race!
If you want to be part of the race...
- Bring with you no more than 2 trackables that are activated and haven't visited a cache yet.
- Make sure the title of your trackable includes, "MN Trackable Race 2022".
- Drop you trackable into this Event.
- Make sure the Undercacher gets your email address for updates.
- The Undercacher is going on a road trip shortly after the event, he'll take all the trackables in the race, and will find a place to drop off the trackables.
- Then the race begins!!!
Rules for the Trackable Race
- Every 12 Months (in mid-December of each year) we'll get together and go over the stats.
- Stats we'll watch....(1) Mileage, (2) Number of Pictures attached to your trackable, and the (3) Number of Places your trackable visited
- In December 2023, if we have 1 trackable that scores in the top of ALL 3 Stats, that trackable wins!!!
- If we don't get a winner....
- In December 2024, if we have 1 trackable that scores in the top of at least 2 of the 3 Stats, that trackable wins!!!
- If we don't get a winner....
- In December 2025, the trackables that are in the top of each Stat will all be considered winners!!
- What does the winner(s) get?
- Pride!!
- The 'Pot' will be a free will offering...
- If you have any unactivated trackables or geocoins, please bring those and we'll put those in into the 'Pot' for the winner
- If you have other geocaching related items you want to donate, feel free to bring those too and we'll put those into the 'Pot' as well
- If you have other items you deem worthy of being a 'prize' for our trackable race, feel free to bring those too and we'll put those into the 'Pot' as well
