Surrey Mid-Week Meet #126
Community Celebration Event

The Woodman, 238 Barnett Wood Lane, Ashtead, Surrey, KT21 2DA
Tel: 01372 274524
As you come in the front entrance, turn right and there should be an area reserved for us. It's a great way to meet fellow cachers, share caching stories or perhaps bribe someone for a few hints on those tricky puzzles over a glass or two! You'll even pick up a rare Community Celebration Event icon at this one. If you've never been to an event before you'll be made very welcome, whether you are from Surrey, or farther afield.
If this is your first event it can feel a bit intimidating to walk in on your own to a lot of strange faces. In that case please let the organiser know and we can arrange for someone to meet and welcome you.
There will be the normal opportunity to swap and discover Travel Bugs and Geocoins.
Parking is available round the back.
The pub does food and they would appreciate a bit of an idea of numbers, so if possible please can you log a 'will attend' with some indication of whether you are likely to want to eat, so we can be courteous and let them know.
The Surrey events have been inspired by the success of the Sussex and Hampshire meets and are nominally held on the fourth Thursday of every month. They are organized by local cachers and can be held anywhere in the county of Surrey.
If you wish to host a Surrey midweek meet, please contact Froudster through his profile. For further meet information about geocaching events click below for BaSHful's page:
