It's Been A Long Time, But My Time Is Finally Near!
The 20th Anniversary of Geocaching should have taken place on 04 MAY 2020 but... well, we all know.
So I thought about a good way to still have a Community Celebration Event that had some meaning to it. It didn't take long for me to decide on a venue. I held a 10 YEARS! Celebration Event here. I wonder how many people from that Event will be in attendance tonight? Of course, this Event is open to EVERYONE. Please be sure to log a "Will Attend" and include how many people will be in your group. Seating may be limited, but everyone can at least pop in to say hello.

Officially, at least according to this Wikipedia article the proverbial blue switch was moved from private to public and that removed "Selective Availability" which allowed Geocaching to become a thing! And now 22-22-22 later we are celebrating that and all of the fun that the game of Geocaching has provided to families, friends and others around/across the world. |
