My husband and I were going for a drive the other day {kalooping we call it) and spotted this old church on a side road. We thought "what a great place to put a cache". Ran into a gentleman in the area and stopped to chat with him regarding the church and the possibility of putting a cache here. After explaining what geocaching was to him, he thought it would be a nice idea to bring people here to check out this old church. But, he thought we should contact another fellow that would hopefully give us the permission to place a cache here. After taking a number from him and saying our goodbyes we went back home and made the necessary phone call and received permission to place this cache here.
We do know that the church needs some serious repairs so it is not known right now how long it will stay in session.

The cache, which is a camoued pill container, and has been placed not too far from the building and is winter friendly.
