Geocache Description:

Situated above Bradley Canyon in the Santa Rosa Mountains (elevation 1906').

An isolated boulder landmark apparent from afar, it is even visible from Highway 111.

I visited at sunrise after climbing Bradley Peak.  The surrounding mountains were draped with snow after a major winter storm.  As I neared the outcrop I found a crashed drone, which I placed at its base.  Hence the name.

Access is well off trail.  Cathedral Canyon Trail and Dunn Road are both good approaches starting in Cathedral City. You can also set up a car shuttle to connect with the Art Smith Trail.

2/29/2020 Update: The drone and original cache were removed since my first visit.  I replaced the cache more discreetly and revised the hint.

Cache is a small tin. Bring a pen.
