The cache isn't at the posted coordinates. Here’s a bit of arts and crafts that a youngster (or a youngster-at-heart) may enjoy. This is a revival of a favorite puzzle that I reluctantly archived in 2016.
Best parking is in the paved pullout on the main road east of the cache.
I passed by here one day and noticed a battered old car pulled off to the side, with an elderly lady fussing around under the hood. I asked if she needed help, and she replied that her car wouldn't start.
A few minutes of my time and my jumper cables soon fixed that. She was delighted and asked if she could return the favor. She said she was a fortune teller, and asked to see my palm.
I gave her my hand. She studied if for a moment, then exclaimed, "Ah, yes! Good fortune awaits you!" Then she handed me a crumpled piece of paper with scattered words and numbers, hopped in her car, and sped off.
I was left with this paper, but have no idea how it will lead me to good fortune. Maybe you will have better luck with it.
