"Greenbelt 1" Traditional Cache

Knagur Green: Due to no response from the CO after the request to maintain or replace the cache, I am archiving it to, stop it showing on the listings and/or to create place for the geocaching community.

Geocache Description:


The cache is located in the suburb of Bergsig George, we are fortunate enough to have this "greenbelt" running along the Kat River (which in turn drains into the Garden Route Dam about a kilometre further down) and creates a natural border line between two suburbs. This grassed belt is popular with dog walkers, ad hoc kiddies soccer games and the odd golfer trying to improve his game, so be aware there are eyes about. The Riverine area is home to a host of birdlife including the colourful fruit eating, Knysna Loerie (Turaco) and of course lets not forget the mischevious local Vervet monkey troops.
