Some of you know the drill by now, so come, have fun and visit. But don't forget to bring that interesting item to trade. (If you want to participate in the cache creation part)
For the rest of you...
You bring something that can be used to make a geocache. Your 'interesting item' will be placed on a table and one lucky cacher will get your item and will have to make a cache with it, you will get an 'interesting item' that someone else has brought in (well, you could end up with your own item). We will then have a few weeks to create your cache and we will meet again for the reveal cache event
PLEASE DO NOT BRING AS YOUR 'INTERESTING ITEM': lock-n-lock, Tupperware, Glad or similar, no pop cap container, pill bottle, bison tube etc. In other words not the log holder, the cache creator should be able to provide their own log holder.
You can see pictures of past years creations at GC6A31F and GC6ZNH9. Some of the past caches have been used as an actual cache! If you come to the second event we get to try the caches and see how they operate, so you know what to do in the mosquito infested woods.
If you can't attend this event, but still want to participate in the cache creation part (and want your cache to be judged by the others in attendance), just send me a message and I will let you know what you have to use to make your cache.
You do not have to participate in the cache creation portion to attend this event. Just come to visit, tell tall caching tales, or tell us of your adventures if you wish.
