Geocache Description:


This pond was a busy spot in the 1970s and 1980s when it was used by a local model boat club. It was also a popular spot for kids to visit alongside the play park. The concrete sculptures used to be in the shopping centre beside the mushroom and were moved during the recent regeneration of the shopping centre. The used to be at the mushroom... local folk will remember the night club fondly 😀

 

Please use maximum stealth as it's a busy area.
