The original “GPS Stash” was hidden on May 3, 2000 in northern Oregon by a guy named Dave Ulmer. Québec joined the geocaching world six months later, when a man named Philippe (phil_noel) hid a 5-gallon bucket inside a cave on the western slopes of Mont Saint-Hilaire on November 18, 2000. // L’original “GPS Stash” a été cachée le 3 mai 2000 dans le nord d’Oregon par un gars du nom de Dave Ulmer. Intraterrestrials Entry was the third and final cache hidden in the year 2000 in all of Canada, and it was unfortunately the shortest-lived of the three. After nine months and two finds, the cache was archived because the area had been closed in order to protect some falcons that were nesting nearby. // Intraterrestrials Entry était le troisième et dernier cache cachée en l’an 2000 dans tout le Canada; malheureusement, ce fut la plus courte des trois.
