Park at the coordinates on San Simeon Dr.
Enter through the gate and follow the path around to the right
At the listed coordinates, you will find a water pipe sign with a red brick at the base
Attached to the bottom of the sign is a lock
The coordinates to open the lock are the four digits of the year when the Oakland A's last won the World Series.
Open the lock and take out the tool inside.
Walk approximately 15 feet back towards the SE.
You'll find another water pipe sign, with a special mechanism attached.
Use the tool from the first lock to detach the second lock, which is towards the bottom of the mechanism.
