gearguru: It is time to let this cache go, it seems that the muggle neighbors have been taking it. I went to replace it today and they have shoved something into the base of the sign to prevent a cache from being inserted.

As the name implies NRV #14 is another cache in the No Redeeming Value series with the special "For Pete's Sake" modification. It is designed to be a quick park and grab to help out fellow cachers with continuing their streak or filling in their 366 calendar. I do apologize that there is no awesome view or even a reason to stop other than to earn the much coveted smiley!
Pete should be able to reach this cache with out much difficulty.
