This is a quick easy find. There are a couple of food processors in the general area that are rather odiferous. During the summer months the place across the street from the cache will make you think there's an Italian restaurant nearby but it's just them processing a whole lot of garlic. This is near a busy intersection so watch out for muggles, especially at shift change.
