This bridge crosses Little Coldwater Creek. The Cherokee Indians originally populated this are and there are still remnants to be found in this area, burial mounds, and artifacts including arrowheads. The English came & settled the area after the Revolutionary War, but the creeks & rivers were still important to crops for irrigation & supplies.
