While walking the lakeside Acacia Bay trail, you will come across a water pump house, typically found around New Zealand's lakes and rivers. Many of New Zealand's lake houses (or baches as the Kiwi's call them) are located in remote areas and rely on the lake water to be pumped up to their dwelling so fresh water can be accessed. Whether this one is still in action, I do not know but the water pipe heads in the direction of the cache and in fact could well go directly underneath it. Keep eyes out for plenty of muggles walking this trail. When you find me, please hide me the same way you found me! (Contents - Im a small pill container with log scroll) BYO pen or pencil due to size of cache.
