THE CACHE IS NOT AT THE POSTED COORDINATES.
So, the first step to solving this puzzle is to find the name of the first park directly west of the posted coordinates. Writre that down. Next, find the address. That includes the number, road, city, state, ZIP code, and country. When writing numbers, write the individual word. For example, if it is number 492, don't write '492' or 'four ninety-two'. Write 'four nine two'. Same goes for the ZIP code. Also, there is an extended version of the ZIP code. For example. the extended ZIP (ZIP+4) for the posted coords is 60014-8271. I do not want the '-____'. Only the first six didgets. Next, expand all abbriviations (United States of America, not US or USA; Road, not Rd). Finally, remove all capatallization, spaces, and punctuation. If you were using the business near the starting coords instead (you aren't), Heritage Tile, you would have the following written down: heritagetilecofourfourzerofivethreeoaksroadacrystallakeillinoissixzerozeroonefourunitedstatesofamerica. Now, all you have to do is decode this! How? Well, all of the '9's are the ninth didget of what you wrote down, the '51's are the fifty-first didgets, ect. Good luck! (the hint will make it a LOT easier)
