This is our third geocache here. The first had a nice 7 year run before a massive project by VDOT to upgrade this Park and Ride facility in 2015. The construction took too long and it was archived by the Geocaching gods. That cache was replaced with another after construction later in 2015, but alas that cache disappeared and I was experiencing a health crisis so we archived that one also. As the old saying goes, "the third times the charm", so we are replacing once again. This one is a micro, only big enough for a log, so bring your own pen please. When setting attributes I mistakenly selected WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE and it would not allow me to unselect. Unfortunately the cache was not placed accessible by wheelchair. My apologies.
