Brightwood Park is a largely residential neighborhood bounded by Petworth to the south, Brightwood north of Missouri Avenue, and 16th Street Heights west of Georgia Avenue. Kennedy St is arguably the commercial district of the neighborhood, but it’s pretty low-key. In the near future I expect to see some change here as home and apartment prices near downtown go sky-high. This should be a pretty convenient urban hide. Let me know if you feel a hint is necessary.
