ESTONIA

Estonia, is a country on the eastern coast of the Baltic Sea in Northern Europe. It is the northernmost of the three Baltic States, and is bordered to the north by the Gulf of Finland with Finland on the other side, to the west by the Baltic Sea with Sweden on the other side, to the south by Latvia, and to the east by Lake Peipus and Russia. The capital city is Tallinn.
Like neighbour Latvia to the south, Estonia is mostly low-lying, with the average elevation only 50 metres. The country's highest point is the Suur Munamägi in the southeast at 318 metres. Estonia has 3,794 kilometres (2,357 mi) of coastline marked by numerous bays, straits, and inlets. The number of islands and islets is estimated at some 2,355, and two of them are large enough to constitute separate counties.
As a member of the European Union, Estonia is considered a high-income economy by the World Bank. The GDP of the country was $29,312 in 2016 according to the IMF. Because of its rapid growth, Estonia has often been described as a "Baltic Tiger" beside Lithuania and Latvia. Beginning 1 January 2011, Estonia adopted the euro and became the 17th eurozone member state. According to Eurostat, Estonia had the lowest ratio of government debt to GDP among EU countries at 6.7% at the end of 2010. A balanced budget, almost non-existent public debt, flat-rate income tax, free trade regime, competitive commercial banking sector, innovative e-services and even mobile-based services are all hallmarks of Estonia's market economy.

PUZZLE
The ESTONIA cache is not at the posted coordinates. Do not go there!
To find the ESTONIA cache, you will need to solve this fairly simple obtuse scalene triangle. Estonia is known for significant work and research in science and mathematics. Well-known Estonian mathematicians include Gunnar Kangro (1913–1975), Edgar Krahn (1894–1961) and and Jaan Sarv. You need not be an Estonian math genius to solve this geometry problem, but high school math would definitely help.
