Geocache Description:

Cache is not at posted coordinates. That's where you turn to enter road into the park. If it is snowy or icy, you may be able to park there for a short time to hike up to the park. Cache container is in the park.

The Rule of 72 is an estimate of how long it will take for an amount of money to double given a compounded fixed annual rate of return. For example, if you have an amount invested at 6% interest, you can determine that it will double in 12 years by dividing 72 by 6% to get 12 years. Supposedly this is most accurate in the range of 6% to 10%, but assume for the purpose of this puzzle that it applies generally. You can also use it to determine what interest rate you need to double your money doing the same calculation. For example, if you need your money to double within 10 years, you would determine you need an annual compounded rate of 7.2%. It's a handy rule for mental math and estimates. It also applies to anything else that has a fixed rate and compounds.

Solve this puzzle to get coordinates for the hanging bison tube. All results will be single digit whole numbers.
