You could think that I am high or stoned? or both? No. But this cache is in a place that is both. You do not have to BE HIGH OR STONED to retrieve this cache...although there will be no judging if that is your preferred caching modus operandi.

You will use a tool to GET HIGH to retrieve this cache...that will get you halfway to this cache.

There may be a few muggles in the area at certain times of the day during certain times of the year. There most likely will also be a critter nearby since it lives under the stone.
There may also be times when you will find yourself to be the sole occupant of the area.
