Are you someone who has accumulated a collection of geocoins only to have them collect dust in a display case or drawer?
Then dust off those coins and bring them to the West Los Angeles Geocachers Geocoin Discovery Event to showcase them, talk about where they came from, and have them discovered (legitimately). Let's fill each other's emails with Discover logs!
This event will take place at the picnic tables of Ballona Discovery Park (13110 Bluff Creek Dr, Los Angeles, CA 90094) on Saturday, February 1, 2020 from 10 -11 AM! Other trackable items (badges, clothings, vehicles, tatoos, etc.) for discovery and dropping/retrieving are welcomed. Children under 18 are also welcomed with parents.
This park only has street parking but the nearby Playa Vista Sports Park may have available spots (see waypoint).
