People call so, about 4.6 km section of Hamura industrial park ~ Ome Industrial Park in the "Tokyo Metropolitan Route 249" ranging from Fussa city of Tokyo to Ome city. ["Sangyo-Doro" meaning is "industrial road".]

In 80's, this straight road was popular for illegal car racing called “Zero-Yong”(Just similar to “drag racing”). The "fence" to prevent that dangerous raceing is still there.
