Bring tweezers! This cache is placed close to the city walls on the outer boundary of County Hall, HQ of West Sussex County Council where there have been many cross words spoken on the entrance steps! This is a place where decisions are made, petitions are handed over and OB TV cameras are frequently seen. There are also many interesting buildings close by including Chichester Cathedral and the Novum Museum (free entry, useful on a rainy day 🙄).
