Dingly Dell trail is a recent addition to Thetis Island, providing a more challenging hike through mossy trees and lush ferns. It connects with the Lawrence Valley Trail at its end, and is about 0.5km long. The land was donated by the surrounding residents and built by volunteers. It connects Pilkey Point Road with the west side of the island through the Lawrence Valley. There are some steep stairs built in to the hill, and a scenic view of the wetlands from Woofer Bridge if you decide to hike the rest of the trail.
As always please respect property boundaries and stay on the trail as possible. The cache is located at the base of a tree that shelters the ground around it. You'll need rain boots in the winter as the trail may flood in places. Please respect posted trail closures.
