This cache is dedicated to my most bestest trail hiking friend. She is a terrier mix we rescued from a local shelter and, as the saying goes, who actually saved who? She keeps me motivated to get up off my butt and get outside and I will forever be grateful for this relationship we have. Since I have been taking her geocaching with me lately - if you ever see your log signed by chubby_gangster + Morgan, you'll know she was there with me - I thought I would honor her with her own cache in our favorite local park.
This cache is hidden in the Newport News Park and will require a small hike to get to it (roughly about 2 miles round trip depending which path you take) and then some bushwacking from the trail to ground zero. The container is a medium sized lock-n-lock container and should be well hidden (hopefully it is not out in the open) but not so tough that your geosenses will fail you - please conceal the same way you found it. Container is big enough for most swag and trackables.
