isht kinta: 1. Noted that there is an ongoing dispute between the Mobile water board, several Alabama state agencies, several Alabama politicians and the general public over public access to the lake and protecting the water supply for the City of Mobile.
2. Noted that the geocache is physically located on the highway right of way and not on the water board property.
3. Noted that persons parking on the water board property to seek the cache could be viewed as violating the current board policies and be fined or arrested.
4. Noted the cache can be obtained without parking on the water board property.
5. Noted that under current ALDOT policies, the cache is not allowed in its current location.
The cache could be obtained without trespassing, however due to reason number 5, the cache will be archived.
