El lugar
El día 2 de abril de 1805, se procedió a la construcción del «Fuerte San Rafael del Diamante», en la actual Villa 25 de mayo que fuera la primera villa cabecera del departamento que lleva el nombre de San Rafael. Este fuerte cumpliría una trascendental labor defensiva y generaría el desarrollo de un poblado pionero, el que atrajo contingentes de europeos con una economía de pastoreo, sumado a la agricultura de viñedos y frutales.
El arqueólogo sanrafaelino Humberto A. Lagiglia encaró un temprano rescate arqueológico, con la colaboración de pobladores y la comunidad educativa, de elementos de las ruinas del Fuerte. También logró que la colección del historiador Sosa Morales retornara de Córdoba e integrara las colecciones del Museo Municipal de Historia Natural de San Rafael. Estas colecciones, actualmente, han sido incorporadas al museo del lugar de origen, la Villa 25 de mayo.
Las ruinas del Fuerte han sido declaradas Monumento Histórico Nacional.
The Cite
On April 2, 1805, the “Fort San Rafael del Diamante” was built, in the current Villa May 25 that was the first main town of the department that bears the name of San Rafael. Transcendental defensive work and would generate the development of a pioneer town, which attracted quotas from Europeans with a grazing economy, coupled with the cultivation of vineyards and fruit trees.

En Argentina el Geocaching todavía no es tan popular como en otros países, y es común que los geomuggles roben los cachés por simple diversión. Por lo tanto, busca y recoge el cache cuando nadie esté mirando , siempre intenta pasar desapercibido. y luego deja el caché tal y como he encontrado!
