There was never any space around here for this cache until one of Blenheims prolific cachers archived a couple close by. One due to muggle action, the other due to an enforcement of placing policy by our local reviewers. One positive outcome from the placement policy enforcement is new areas being opened up once more and innovative hides to fill the space, that is what this one is about.
The name of this cache partly comes from the cache vacated by the placement policy enforcement, the location was shamelessly copied from a cache I found during a recent enforced visit to Christchurch (GC4XPEH).
The cache is a nano so no room for SWAG or TBs and B.Y.O.P.
