The construction is over and the cache is being ressurrected.
This one is hidden where old Highway 11 and the old frontage road had met. The old frontage road has been fragmented and the new one is moved away from the freeway. This road is located where the old HWY11 used to run through, remnants can also be seen to the east from here. This road has been reconstructed, and I am back with a new cache.
