Bekannte Gebäude aus Bentheimer Sandstein sind die Bentheimer Burg, der Amsterdamer Palais, sowie die Fassaden des Gifhorner und Münsteraner Rathaus.
Der Cache liegt in einer Gasse, die zur reformierten Kirche von Bad Bentheim. Die Kirche wurde im Jahr 1696 aus Bentheimer Sandstein erbaut.
Wie funktioniert also so ein Steinlogbuch?
Bringe einen beliebigen Naturstein mit oder suche ihn vor Ort. Beschrifte diesen mit deinem Nickname und dem jeweiligen Datum. Lege den Stein anschließend zu den anderen Steinen an den Koordinaten. So sammelt sich eine bunte Sammlung von Steinen vor Ort an. Wenn du möchtest kannst du deinen Stein auch kreativ gestallten.
Da die Richtlinien dies verlangen gibt es auch ein klassisches Logbuch vor Ort. Ein Log mit einem Stein wird allerdings bevorzugt und sorgt dafür, dass dieser Cache weiter wächst.

The cache is located at a small way leading to the Prostetant church of Bad Bentheim. The church was build in 1696, which was also build out of Bentheimer sandstone
So, how does a stone-logbook work?
It is pretty simple: Bring a natural stone with you or search it at the location. Write your nickname and the date on it. Put the stones to the others at the given coordinates. Like this a big collection of different stones is created. Feel free to be creative in the design of your stone.
As the guidelines require it, there is a classical logbook on site. A log via stone is preferred and helps the collection to grow further.
