Stara kopališka stavba nad izvirom in leta 1983 zgrajeni zunanji bazen (10 x 15 m) sta v mirnem vaškem okolju med travniki in polji. Vrelec vode, bogate z žveplom, ogljikovo in dušikovo kislino, karbonati in drugimi organskimi snovmi, ima stalno temperaturo 27 ˚C.
Klunove toplice so vpisane v Register nepremične kulturne dediščine Slovenije.
The creation of the spa in Bušeča vas is associated with Count Alexander Auersperg (1770-1818), the owner of the castle Šrajbarski turn in Leskovac near Krško. He bought the cave with the well in 1811, five years after the birth of his firstborn, Anton Alexander - Anastasius Grün / Anastasia Zelenec (1806-1876), a German poet and politician. Above a hot spring, he built a bath in 1816, which still operates today. The land with the spa was bought from the Auerspergs by Matija Kodričin and then in 1923 he was copied for a dowry by his daughter Teresa, married to Ivan Klun (1888-1973) from Ribnica.
Thus, the spa, which is still owned by the family, was given its present name. The old bath building above the spring and the outdoor pool (10 x 15 m) built in 1983 are in a quiet village environment between meadows and fields. Water is rich in sulfur, carbon and nitric acid, carbonates and other organic substances has a constant temperature of 27 ˚C.
Klun's spa is listed in the Register of Immovable Cultural Heritage of Slovenia. The 19th-century rectangular floor bathroom has semi-circular windows and a swimming pool. The two-story roof is completed with a ventilation structure, and next to the building there is a swimming pool and a hayrack.
