The Tralee Town Park itself is full of history - the Rose of Tralee, the Garden of the Senses, and the former site of the Tralee Castle owned by the Denny family is now the Tralee Town Park.
The Rose Walk was created in honour of Dorothy Moriarty Henggeler, the 2011 Washington DC Rose who died of a brain haemorrhage shortly before her 28th birthday. She was laid to rest in her mother's hometown of Killarney.
Take a walk around the roses, who knows where the final cache is located?
- Amongst the roses?
- Garden of the senses?
- The County Museum?
- The fences that were part of the original castle?
- The ruins of the castle itself?
- A sculpture?
- Siamsa Tire?
Find out yourself as you explore the historical town park of Tralee! (One of the above is true)
