Geocache Description:


This cache is a two stage multi placed in the Serenola Forest Preserve. It is a 111 acre park that is conserved by the Alachua Conservation Trust. All caches are accessible from only a few feet off the trail. Enjoy hiking the trail of almost a mile and appreciate the nature around you! Permission has been granted for this cache. Coral ardisia was established as an invasive species in Florida in 1995 and it has been spreading ever since. This would be the invasive plant species of Florida if it had one. The preserve is infested with it and many cleanup efforts by volunteers have been done to rid the park of it.
