Overview:
Go to posted coordinates to gather information. Calculate the middle stage of this multicache. Get someone in In South Korea to get more information at the coordinates you calculated. Use that information to derive the final in An San Sister City Park.
Step one:
Go to the posted coordinates.
There is a 5 digit number that has "HHH" before it and followed by an "F". This will be RSTUV.
There is also a 4 digit number. This is WXYZ.
Calculate: P= U+V and Q= T+1
The coordinates in Korea are N37° ZX.XZX' E126° QU.YPQ'
Step two:
Contact someone near those coordinates. Ask them to go to those coordinates and get you the phone number off the plaque.
You can look for finders of local caches, use the the Korea Facebook Group (link below) or any method you find useful. Chose any language you like to communicate in, hopefully you will find a common language.
Use the phone number as ABC-DEFG.

Step three:
Go back to the park and find the cache. It is an evil hide; green bison in a green tree, about head high. Easiest to see if you are looking to the west or south while searching the tree.
