This cache is not at the posted coordinates. There is no need to go there. If you did go there, you could see Paul X. Walsh's rather lovely utility box "Piggy Stardust" but there is no cache there.
To find the location of the geocache, you will first need to locate the co-ordinates of three of Paul X. Walsh's utility box artworks.
With a bit of online sleuthing in a couple of places including a very common tool you should be able to get the locations of the boxes - you should be able to solve this from the comfort of home. The boxes themselves are lovely so by all means go and take a look but there is nothing on them to help you find the cache and you should not interfere or tamper with any utility boxes ever.
Once you've located the boxes in question, it's simply a matter of heading to the right spot. When you do, you will see another example of the artist's work but again, the cache is not on it and you should not touch it.
The cache is:

You can check your coordinates on the geochecker. You'll get a bit latitude.
