This is the bonus cache to Adventure Lab "Amsterdam gables". You can determine the coordinates by visiting the 5 locations and unlock the journal entries. You will have to flip through the journal entries (diary) to see the bonus codes and the formula. The first waypoint (first lab cache) is accessible from 9:00 to 17:00.
