A short circular series of 5 caches over approximately 6 Kms around the Colvend side of the Dalbeattie Forest. Car parking is at Colvend Public Hall. It is a safe walk or cycle through the forest and alongside a loch, very suitable for taking the family or dog, but be aware that there are sometimes mountain bikers using the trails. All the caches are within metres of the firm gravel tracks. You will need to bring a pen. Please replace the caches carefully.
