This Geocache is hidden on one of the landings in the Northeast Staircase of the Shenandoah Parking Deck.
The container is a pill capsule tucked away in a cozy spot where you may encounter a spider's web
Parking is available on the very bottom of the parking deck, your first 30 minutes is free, after that there is a fee
