Come on up to Auburn for an enjoyable Hot August Night.
Well, hopefully not too hot. It's usually a few degrees cooler up here than in the valley.
This is an outdoor event in our front yard. There is lots of shade. Please bring your own camp chair.
The party starts around 5pm.
For those who wish to partake in the potluck, please bring your own meat and drinks, and an appetizer, side-dish, or dessert to share. We'll fire up the BBQs around 6 and have dinner around 6:30.
After dinner we'll have announcements and a raffle. Donations for the raffle are greatly appreciated.
After sunset, we are going to hang out and watch the Perseid Meteor Shower. Jupiter and Saturn will also be visible. It may get cool so bring a blanket.
This event is children, dog, horse, goat and kilt-friendly.
