A low-key event for local geocachers to get together and "Drop Anchor" on 2022, earn the last of the 2022 souvenirs, meet one another, tell geocaching stories, swap and discover TBs, and generally have a good time. This is the 6th annual celebration at this location.
Who:
Why YOU, of course...whether you have no finds or ten thousand cache finds, please feel free to come join us for an informal meet and greet.
When:
Saturday, December 31, 2022
8:00 AM - 10:00 AM (open house style, come when you want, leave when you want)
Where:
We will be in the parking lot this year at a proper social distance to avoid the Christmas COVID rush. Feel free to grab a beagle or a warm drink nearby before stopping by at the event. Bring a chair, and of course, don't forget to dress for the weather!
Why:
To grab a bagel or breakfast, talk geocaching, and trade travel bugs.
Extra things to keep in mind:
- If you pick up a Travel Bug or trackable coin at an event, make sure you log it out so it doesn't show up in the event list. Please do not leave a trackable at the event unless you have arranged with another attendee to take the trackable.
